About the Role The CNC Programmer will create and run CNC programs to produce high-quality steel tools for compression molding. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC machinery, programming languages, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Develop and write CNC programs for various machining operations, mainly turning using Doosan/FANUC controls and HAAS controls Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements. Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds for each operation. Conduct test runs and adjust programs as necessary to ensure accuracy and quality.
