Position Summary The Senior Land Negotiator is responsible for working within a Land group and multi-disciplinary team in support of development and partner relationship management in East Texas and North Louisiana. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage internal and external relationships in support of active drilling programs and field-wide development in assigned areas. Identify and develop advantageous commercial arrangements for assigned area lands and execute on approved projects. Manage external title firms to procure new or supplemental abstracts and title opinions. Review title information and title opinions in support of subsurface land clearance for an active drilling program. Prepare and negotiate participation agreements, trades, letter agreements, farmout agreements, and similar commercial agreements in support of drill clearance. Ideal candidates would possess a minimum of five years of experience, be detail oriented, organized, driven, and able to work independently. We will only consider applicants that are members of the AAPL.
