**Job Title** Compliance Analyst **Job Description Summary** Responsible to assist with maintaining policy and regulatory compliance by performing Compliance audits, researching and communicating requirements, and obtaining approvals. **Job Description** + Maintain and assist with the development of policies and procedures for areas of responsibility + Collect, analyze, and summarize data in order toidentify deficiencies and non-compliance with laws, regulations and policies + Perform, coordinate, and complete audits, while maintaining statistical and trend data + Prepare detailed Compliance reports on audit findings and provide a summary of results to leadership + Maintain a virtual library of all related compliance documents and audit reports + Manage and maintain process documentation + Establish and maintain rapport with business unit personnel by arranging continuing contacts, and resolving concerns + Enforce and support Compliance policy standards while providing quality service

The Compliance Analyst serves as the project compliance expert on a wide portfolio of Clarks government-funded construction projects. The Compliance Analyst will work alongside a dedicated team of highly trained compliance professionals to ensure our projects meet their compliance objectives. This is an entry level role with potential for upward mobility within the Project Controls and Compliance department. This role is based out of our McLean, VA office, with regular time spent on our jobsites primarily in the DC region. **Responsibilities:** + Protect the organization and our trade partners by strictly enforcing compliance with federal, state, and local prevailing wage laws, as well as union and PLA requirements + Generate, certify, and submit all Clark craft employee Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs), as well as subcontractor CPRs timely and accurately + Manage all prevailing wage related document collection and review for Clark and our trade partners + Perform detailed cross-checks
