The company culture is respectful but somewhat rigid, with little room for creative input or flexibility in processes. Not much room for creativity, but that’s expected in manufacturing. Training exists but varies in quality and access depending on location. Workload fluctuations can lead to stressful periods, especially during production peaks. The organization values innovation and continuous process improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas.

Tools are provided, but upgrades are infrequent. There’s a consistent focus on quality over quantity, which I appreciate. Excellent teamwork and communication across shifts. Training is strong, safety is a priority, and leadership promotes accountability.
