Follow all batching instructions per individual batch tickets. Must rotate raw material stock on a first-in, first-out basis. Report all tank readings prior to the start of the shift. Check all chemicals before the start of a batch to assure availability of raw materials and packaging items and communicate with purchasing personnel when material inventory levels are low. Required to check rework and returned goods on a daily basis and use the proper amounts in batches. Must fill out all logbooks, batch tickets, and other production paperwork with proper information.
