The Teller Senior Coalition was founded in 1996 by Vivian Giesler, Roberta Winn, and other community leaders when the Teller County Commissioners decided that senior services be outsourced. Since then, TSC has continued to provide essential services to Teller County seniors and is currently the primary provider of transportation in Teller County.
