Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the agency. They include: all financial and budget management and reporting; ensuring the procedures and internal audit controls are in compliance with agency policies, General Accounting Principles (GAAP), Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) standards, and Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines, accounting, reporting, budgeting and budget monitoring, and auditing functions.
