We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Windsor, CO! In this role, you will gather asset information and enter it into our CMMS system (Maximo), working closely with our CMMS lead. Position: Data Entry Clerk - CMMS Location: Windsor, CO Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Duration: 2 months (No potential for conversion to FTE) Responsibilities: Gather information from assets and enter data into a database Learn and use the CMMS system (Maximo) Coordinate with the CMMS lead for data entry tasks Requirements: Education: High School Diploma Skills Needed: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) Nice to Have: Knowledge of CMMS systems and building equipment Interview Process: Phone screen followed by an on-site interview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate daily with the buyers and warehouse manager on all issues related to perishable items. Make recommendations on dump and damage or repackaging. Inspect and verify Purchase Order quantities for all inbound perishable loads. Inspect all inbound trucks for signs of pest and rodents before unloading. Ensure compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to receiving, storage, and shipping. Identify any issues to warehouse management. Document temperatures of all inbound loads and report to warehouse manager and buyers any violations. Responsible for proper rotation for all produce inventory and various perishable items. Perform daily quality inspections for all perishable items. Perform daily date checks and pull all out dated product from pick and reserve slots.
