SUMMARY: The Production Artist will join the marketing team to support Phusion Projects' design initiatives. They will focus on designing for packaging, Point of Sale/merchandising, and creative campaigns. They will collaborate with departments across the company, as well as outside vendors, to meet company deliverables. They will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing Phusion's library of design assets. They will report to the Senior Graphic Designer and Brand Director.* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Getting art files to the print ready stage. Resizing point of sale designs for several different retail environments. Resizing advertising designs for several print or digital ad units. Managing our Creative Request process and communicating with field sales teams, as needed. Assisting with brand development and packaging projects.
