Plenty of growth opportunities here. Cross-functional collaboration is a norm, which helps build a strong network and mutual trust. I’ve built strong professional relationships here that will last a lifetime. Plenty of work, but recognition is lacking. Tools like internal social networks and team workspaces keep everyone aligned. Encourages new ideas and autonomy.
