Overview Summer Internship Program - Asphalt Production, Asphalt Paving & Construction Location: Paris, TX Overview Summer Internship Program Reports To: HR Business Partner Our summer internship program consists of a well-rounded learning experience within our Asphalt Production, Asphalt Paving and Construction divisions. Our goal is to not only provide real-time exposure to our each of our work processes and industry, but also provide development opportunities in the areas of leadership, maintenance, and the day-to-day workforce. Working with our teams provides a dynamic experience and an opportunity you'll want to include on your resume. We generally kickoff our program in late May and end early to mid-August dependent upon intern availability. In addition to providing interns with practical, hands-on experience we will also spend time learning and participating in sustainability projects, governance exposure, leadership training, presentation skills, and communication development.
