Duties Completes Psychiatric Evaluation within two weeks of admission and annually after that Evaluate all available clinical data (including laboratory and other instrumental reports) about the participant's physical status on admission and other occasions when needed. Performs clinical screening and referral of all conditions needing consultation from medical and non-psychiatric specialties. Facilitates program evaluation activities to oversee evidence-based practices' development, implementation, and sustainability of the Evidence-Based Practices.
