Overview The production associate will be responsible for utilizing provided equipment to trim meat to company and order standards and comply with all USDA and OSHA regulations. Develops good relationships with all associates, complies with all company policies. Essential Functions & Responsibilities •Responsible for trimming meat to specifications per order. •Responsible for packaging, loading, unloading and transferring product to correct slots and locations. •Stock product in warehouse to include utilizing equipment and lifting and carrying merchandise to place on shelves. •Inspect product for deficiencies prior to shipment or warehouse storage. •Maintain a neat and orderly workplace at all times to include moving product, cleaning production equipment, sweeping, and successfully operate manual and electric power jacks. •Weigh, package, wrap and/or bag, and label products. •Ability to read weight/label scale (numbers).
