The candidate must have 3+ years’ experience in insurance coverage and bad faith, as well as auto and premises liability. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience handling insurance defense litigation, have strong writing and research skills, and be proficient in drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
