Job responsibilities include: Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions including commercial leasing, purchasing and sale transactions and large-scale property review due diligence projects. Draft and negotiate transactional documents as well as loan, leases and amendments. Experience with title and survey review, title examination and the closing process.
