The Accounting Specialist position is responsible but not limited to: Researching inquiries on payments, credit cards, and disputes. Assisting in compiling bills and posting payments for Receivables. Engaging in obtaining statements and the Payables process. Reconciling miscellaneous A/R accounts. Assisting in pulling month end reports. Maintaining agreements and certificate of insurance, plus conducting data entry. Assisting in coordination of administrative functions such as clerical duties and answering phone calls. Assisting in specialized projects. Candidates with previous accounting/finance experience and customer service are preferred.
