Talents like estimating or sales experience would help increase winter hours. Landscape projects are typically smaller in scope. Typical clients are commercial properties, townhomes and residential homeowners, We typically do 4-10 hour days, starting at 7:00 a.m. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience, be able to install steel, poly, and paver edging. Must know how to space plants in a mass planting, plant annuals, perennials, trees & shrubs. Experience with mulch and rock installation. Applicant to be knowledgeable in block walls and paver installs. Need to speak and read English. Spanish speaking a plus but not required. A clean driving record is required. CDL is a plus. You need to know how to operate a Bobcat with attachments and an edging machine. Other small engine units will also be used. Pay $28.00-$35.00 per hour depending on skill set.
