We are currently hiring a part time math teacher for our microschool for the 2025 - 2026 school year! Our microschool is a super small private school with around eight to ten students currently. Our program is super personalized and works primarily with twice exceptional, neurodivergent, and/or gifted students in grades 4 to 8. Interested candidates should have experience with mathematics and teaching math to diverse learners. We have a range of students who are working on mastering subtraction all the way up to concepts in high school Algebra and Geometry. The way we usually teach math is having teachers meet with each student individually (much like tutoring) and work on a curriculum that has been selected for that particular student, at the pace that is best for that particular student. We also have some small group project math classes throughout the week (which you would be welcome to take the lead on if youd like).
