Job Description Job Description Job Purpose The Sales Assistant (SA) is the face of Yaxin Flexible Packaging’s southern California office, advocating on behalf of Yaxin’s clientele, to ensure customer success. The hub of our US office, the SA works to identify, build, and nurture relationships from the inside. The SA is on the phone, managing email, assisting customers with product and order status questions – as well as being a point-of-contact to resolve the occasional mistake. You’ll get to know our product line and become an expert at advising customers.
