Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Financial Services Manager; coordinates and performs a variety of skilled accounting functions; provides support and will back-up the Financial Services Manager; prepares correspondence, issues Occupational Licenses, records journal entries, reconciles general ledger accounts, records deposits; scans and files the departments records and files; and performs other related duties as assigned. Assist customers, via telephone or walk-in customers, with new or renewed Occupational Licenses matters. Issue annual renewal of Occupational Licenses. Responsible for the collection of Occupational License fees, penalties and interest, if applicable. Scans, saves to network and files all department documents. Records all deposits on a daily basis, including bank deposits, credit card deposits and ACH deposits.
