Support is available when requested, though proactive outreach is rare. Leadership is supportive in some areas but inconsistent across the system. The job offers steady employment and reliable benefits, but daily tasks can be repetitive and procedural. The quality metrics speak for themselves - survival rates exceeding national averages across all major cancer types.

The company has a strong mission, but internal operations don’t always reflect that vision. Great training and development opportunities. Communication is mostly top-down, with minimal employee involvement in decision-making.
