JOB SUMMARY Provides a range of psychological screening and assessments, diagnostic and therapeutic services for individuals, couples, groups and/or families in the outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, on-going individual and/or group therapy, related documentation and community referrals as indicated. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide behavioral/mental health screenings, initial assessments and treatment plans for patients referred from other RHC clinicians, and the community at large. Provides clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, adults and families, including individual, couple and family therapy, in person as well as via telemedicine visits. Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and other documentation required for the patient electronic medical record (EMR).
