Reporting to the Vice President of Performance Excellence and partnering with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nurse Executive, Chief Clinical Officer and other hospital administrators to analyze, monitor, modify and enhance (PDCA) 24-7 performance of key operational areas including but not limited to systemwide patient visits, admissions, logistics, throughput, delays, cancellations, transfer coordination, etc. Works with colleagues to align strategic objectives with departmental operations. Partners with identified departmental leadership including but not limited to Care Management, Social Work, Logistics, Capacity Management, Nursing, Emergency Department, T3 Transfer Center, and administrative / physician leadership systemwide to manage length of stay and maximize patient flow efficiency.
