He has a thorough understanding of the construction process that only comes from working at every level-from sweeping floors to managing multi-million dollar projects to leading a major corporation. James leads the company and provides overall direction for Operations. Meredith holds an undergraduate and graduate degree in Education from The University of Georgia and spent 14 years as a classroom teacher in Whitfield County Schools.
