Description Choate Rosemary Hall is hiring for the role of Full-Time Plumber. The plumber will install, maintain, and repair plumbing, sanitary, fire protection systems and aquatic facilities for Choate Rosemary Hall. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include: Repair and maintain all campus plumbing systems, domestic hot and cold water systems, sprinkler systems and pool maintenance. Drain cleaning service with power equipment up to 4" pipe, experience preferred if not will be trained. Install new equipment to include toilets, sinks, domestic hot water heaters, and piping repairs. Responsible for following all applicable OSHA, EPA and NFPA codes/standards in the shop and on campus (i.e. confined space entry, ladder safety, etc.).
