The Accounts Receivable and the invoices have to be analyzed on a day-to-day basis, and the payments received are applied accordingly. This is not a simple accounts receivable position.This role involves extensive billing analysis and research of hundreds of invoices. The invoicing is based on contracts, hence previous experience with contracts is a big plus as well as experience in handling complex billing. Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel is a must.
