As an automotive technology instructor, you will demonstrate - through hands-on training and classroom instruction - proper technique, including EV technology, and safety procedures which are essential skills of professional automotive technicians. The Automotive Tech Instructor will teach and instruct high school students through class demonstrations, lecture, audio visual aids and hands-on training. The automotive technology instructor will provide instruction in the basic techniques of the automotive industry; including current EV technology; prepare students for immediate entry into the automotive industry or to continue studies at postsecondary institutions; plan, develop, organize and conduct a comprehensive automotive program for secondary students.
