The Position: Assistant Director, College Partnerships Job Summary: Reporting directly to the Vice President and Executive Director (VP/ED) for Muhlenberg College's Division of Graduate & Continuing Education (GCE), the Assistant Director of College Partnerships is responsible for the strategy and operations needed to establish external partnerships to support the College's growth and expansion of its graduate and continuing education academic programs and enrollment. The successful candidate will spend approximately half of their time off-campus traveling locally and within the mid-Atlantic area for meetings with prospective and current partners. The majority of travel occurs during the business day within 75 miles of the College (PA & NJ), with limited overnight travel (NY, MD, DE, CT).
