Description Compile construction loan files with the approved advance schedule and all the supporting documentation. Manage construction inspection process and maintain construction files by updating advance schedules and compiling construction advance packet. Disburse construction advances and all construction documentation. Support the Credit Administration Leader by soliciting bids, ordering appraisals, and communicating with the lending staff through the process.
