Provide technical accounting guidance for new initiatives, including stock-based compensation and modifications, acquisitions, foreign currency analysis, commissions, debt and tax-related matters. Maintain and develop financial accounting policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the company. Partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize accounting for new transactions and implement new accounting standards. Prepare and review monthly close-related journal entries, including stock-based compensation and other related equity matters, commissions, debt, etc. Conduct research, analysis, and prepare memos for complex technical accounting issues.
