Job Description Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Youth Minister at Kingdom Fellowship A.M.E. Church (KFAME) has a primary role to lead, develop, plan, and direct ministry programming of our Nursery (9 months to Pre-K), Kids (K to 5th grade) and Teens (6th grade to 12thgrade) in line with the strategic vision and mission of KFAME. Their scope and impact should be those who are members or children of members of KFAME as well as youth within the broader community which we are a part of and serve, disciplining them to faith in Jesus Christ. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Spiritual Leadership Provides guidance and mentorship to youth, educating them on the faith and providing relevant teaching and counseling to grow in their faith of Jesus Christ through Biblical teachings, prayer, and worship. Creates and leads worship that encourages and drives spiritual growth and involvement in missions, which includes preaching sermons that are biblically relevant and organizing mission opportunities.
