Provide clinical supervision for psychology associates. Conduct group and individual counseling sessions tailored to the needs of individuals served by Emerge, Inc. Implement policies and procedures that define and uphold the practice of psychology at Emerge. Deliver direct psychology services, including behavior programs for a select group of individuals. Lead staff training initiatives, including new hire training, continuing education, and behavioral intervention techniques. Participate in Standing Committee to support quality improvement efforts. Offer individualized staff training on behavior plans and effective human interaction strategies.
