Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Courtesy Driver is responsible for providing transportation to and from Arnot Health for patients and their families. The Courtesy Driver reports to the Courtesy Transport Coordinator and the Director of Patient Experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: TRANSPORT PATIENTS: ** 1. Promptly assists patients entering or exiting the transport vehicle. Also assists patients up and down stairways and into or out of the front door of their homes; while utilizing safe patient handling techniques. ** 2.
