About the Project: We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a steam plant replacement project at a college in Portland, OR. This performance contracting project involves the removal and replacement of two aging boilers, along with electrical, piping, and masonry work. The project is set to begin in April and will run for at least six months.
