Create and maintain vendor lists for all trades, ensuring multiple subcontractors are available for small, medium, and large jobs in coordination with Property Management. Serve as a resource and point of contact for Vendors, Property Management, and Leadership regarding major repairs, replacements, capital expenditures, tenant improvements, and new construction projects. Collaboration: Work closely with Maintenance Managers/Building Engineers, Property Managers, Brokers, and other team members to identify and execute projects.
