The Inventory Control position at Fuse Technical Group is part of the National Inventory group and will work closely with the Procurement group. This position is the main operational inventory position and will report to the Inventory and Purchasing Managers with a dotted line to the local Operations Manager. The purpose of this position is to maintain the accuracy of all assets within the Fuse inventory system. Key Accountabilities: Maintain the accuracy of the inventory data base. Verify that barcodes are entered in to, and taken out of, the system accurately. Review inventory purchase orders to ensure that each PO gets to complete status. Maintain the accuracy of purchase order data: including items, quantities, due dates, special instructions, and receipt dates. Support the Inventory Assistant in communicating with each warehouse regarding incoming shipments, past due purchase orders and accuracy of the purchase.
