Benefits are average, and while there’s room to grow, it’s not especially fast. Some groups collaborate well, others tend to work more independently with minimal communication. I now feel confident in operating complex machinery. While it’s nice to have a routine, it can also become monotonous over time.

Training programs exist but and it can be sufficiently tailored. Lots of standing during shifts. There's potential for improvement in training and equipment, but overall, the company performs adequately for its size.
