The main purpose of this position(s) is to teach non-credit classes offered by Olympic College Continuing Education(CE). Topics will vary based on the expertise of the person some currently desired topics are ballroom dancing, astronomy, and IT. CE instructors are not covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement for faculty. The instructor will create a proposal for a class that is appropriate as a continuing education topic, with curriculum, the length of the class, outcomes, and class materials organization. The incumbent will work with CE staff on securing days, dates, and times for class offerings.
