Essential Duties and Accountabilities: Prepare, review, and upload journal entries in various accounting systems, including AX Dynamics and QuickBooks. Assist in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards. Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including banks, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), fixed assets, and prepaid expenses. Assist in the preparation of month-end accruals and adjustments. Update and maintain profit & loss (P&L) schedules related to utilities, equipment rentals, temporary labor, and other key accounts.
