Requirements and Responsibilities

Collections Representative II is responsible for initiating calls to delinquent customers by phone, mail or personal visit to collect payments and settle accounts. Follows-up delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate financial records including accounting, receivable, and credit records. Being a Collections Representative II may require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Collections Representative II gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.
