Requirements and Responsibilities

HR Business Partners Manager manages human resources consultation and support to designated business units. Oversees the support, guidance, and development of human resources business partners. Being an HR Business Partners Manager establishes procedures to analyze trends and develop workforce plans to resolve issues and make a positive impact on business results. Helps develop, coordinate, and implement initiatives, communication, and events with supervisors, human resources business partners, and managers. Additionally, HR Business Partners Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a director. The HR Business Partners Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an HR Business Partners Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.
