Requirements and Responsibilities

Inclusion and Diversity Supervisor supervises the administration of programs that promote inclusion, diversity, and belonging for all employees. Champions employee connection, promotes inclusion, and drives initiatives that strengthen belonging across the organization. Being an Inclusion and Diversity Supervisor is responsible for incorporating inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into relevant programs and organizational initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal polices and external inclusion regulations. Additionally, Inclusion and Diversity Supervisor requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Inclusion and Diversity Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Inclusion and Diversity Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
