Adheres to company policies and procedures to ensure compliant and ethical leasing activities and operations. Being a Leasing Consultant coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. Ensures paperwork of current and prospective tenants is completed accurately.
