Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor oversees the planning and design of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, and machining processes for a production facility. Liaises with engineering and other manufacturing departments to ensure collaboration and alignment of workflow. Being a Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor is responsible for the research and development of equipment to aid in the manufacturing process. Oversees and coordinates equipment selection and tooling design. Additionally, Manufacturing Engineer Supervisor reviews, evaluates, and implements engineering changes and specification requirements.
