Payroll Administrator IV is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, and distribution of payroll via the payroll system. Reviews the computation of pay and ensures the company payroll policies are in accordance with the government regulations. Being a Payroll Administrator IV responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks. May coordinate payroll with outside service provider. Additionally, Payroll Administrator IV requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a Payroll Manager. The Payroll Administrator IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Payroll Administrator IV typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
