Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review. Being a Project Controls Manager manages project controls personnel. Establishes operating policies to mitigate risk. Additionally, Project Controls Manager provides guidance and consultation for project managers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree.
