Communicates direction through words or actions to inspire team members to reach goals. Being a Research Fellow also responsible for planning and budgeting. Requires a PhD in their field of specialty. Additionally, Research Fellow typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
