Scrum Product Ownership Supervisor translates and communicates the product vision to Agile development teams utilizing the Scrum framework. Collaborates with stakeholders to define product requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and to produce a clearly defined backlog. Being a Scrum Product Ownership Supervisor monitors solution implementation and prioritizes requirements to deliver the best value to the customer and the business. Acts as a bridge between stakeholders and development teams to remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and decide actions. Additionally, Scrum Product Ownership Supervisor utilizes user feedback to help improve processes, workflow, or product development. Oversees development to ensure requirements are implemented effectively within the required timelines. Responsible for project budget oversight and adherence. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically requires Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). Typically reports to a manager. The Scrum Product Ownership Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Scrum Product Ownership Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
