Leads the defense of the division in lawsuits and the prosecution of lawsuits on behalf of the division against others. Being a Top Division Legal Executive uses broad range of legal expertise and current knowledge to advise management on any regulatory changes or actions that may impact the business. Oversees the preparation of filings, applications, registrations and other legal documents. Additionally, Top Division Legal Executive requires a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer.
