```Duties```

- Develop and implement social service programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the residents

- Provide supervision, guidance, and support to residents in their daily activities

- Collaborate with community organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery in the facility

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of social service programs

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are protected

- Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social services

```Qualifications```

-- Proven experience in social work, program development, and management

- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices

- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with residents and staff

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping
